Justin is the first male Allegan High School senior I’ve had the pleasure of photographing from this wonderful Class of 2017.
His calm collective character seems to work well with his confident street speeding long board abilities.
A real love for his parents and a kind heart.
Cheers to this handsome boy for letting me capture this special time in his life for his mom and dad.

What a wonderful friend I made way back in 3rd grade! I was at a new school and Beth was my new best friend. We were inseparable. In fact, almost every memory I have from that time in my life is shared with Beth. I was the third child her parents didn’t know they wanted.
Even though Beth rarely spent time at my house, ironically this is exactly where I took her and her family for their photo session. My parents sold that house about 30 years ago, but the new owners turned it into a family run tree farm and are allowing me to photograph here. It’s a beautiful location for the cutest little family I know! Look at these adorable faces. Don’t you just want to squeeze them?
AHS Lady’s Swim & Dive | Cookies & Canvas 2016
Allegan’s Lady Swim & Dive team put on a “Cookies + Canvas” fundraising event at the Hartman’s Conference Center, this past Sunday. It was a ton of fun and a huge success! Don’t take my word for it, check out the images I gathered during the 2 hour event. The ones on the post are few compared to those you’ll find in the two galleries, linked at the bottom.
Thank you’s go out to all of the participants, sponsors, and parents who took part in this fundraiser. The Wine & Canvas ladies, the Hartman’s for the use of their Conference Center, and three cheers to the girls who make up this wonderful 2016 swim & dive team… and two coaches, of course!
